Our Level
II program builds on the skill development outlined in Level I. Each skill
previously learned will be taken to the next level with more complex and
challenging drills, higher tempo work and maintaining speed and control with
the puck. Backward skating, backward edges, forward crossovers, and transitions will be added to
the curriculum. Players will be challenged to push beyond their “comfort zone”
to elevate the level of their play. New elements to be covered:
