2008 SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION PROCESS

The 2008 Registration process contains the following 3 steps in order to confirm registration:

1) Fill out and submit the form below. All information submitted is regarding the player attending the program.

2) Select the 2008 Summer Program of your choice. You will be directed to checkout via the Paypal payment system. You will have the choice of either signing up for a Paypal account or registering for a program without Paypal registration. All transactions conducted through Paypal are a secure on-line method of payments. After registering you will receive an email confirmation of your payment to Power Play Hockey through the Paypal system. If you would like to sign up for multiple programs at once you can by simply adding the programs to the checkout cart.

3) Receive Power Play Hockey Acceptance Letter. After your payment is processed you will receive a final email confirmation with an acceptance letter from Power Play Hockey confirming your registration into the program that you have signed up for. It may will take approximately 24 to 48 hours to receive your acceptance letter.

Full equipment (including mouthguard) is required for all programs. Registration is limited and will be on a first come first serve basis. Confirmation on registration will be emailed. Refunds will not be issued on cancellations less than one week prior to program starting dates. No refund or credits for "no shows". . Yes - I agree with Equipment and Refund Policy
